At Lunchbox Packs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
